1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using bangsajp services in any form, users are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions set out in this document. If a user does not agree with any part of these terms, they are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all registered users and visitors accessing the bangsajp platform, whether through a web browser or mobile application. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
bangsajp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time with appropriate notice to users. It is the user's responsibility to monitor any changes, and we recommend checking this page periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
To use bangsajp services in full, users must create an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account; creating duplicate accounts may result in suspension or closure of accounts without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. bangsajp will never ask for a user's password via email or any other communication channel. All activity carried out from a user's account is the responsibility of that user.
If a user detects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact the bangsajp support team immediately. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, in order to protect user security and system integrity.
- The minimum age to register is 18 years, or as required by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction.
- Users must provide valid identification when requested for the account verification process.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another party under any circumstances.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users of the bangsajp platform must use the service in accordance with applicable regulations and must not violate any laws in force in Indonesia. Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
Users are prohibited from manipulating the system, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized bots or automated software, or making any attempt to gain an unfair advantage from the platform. Violations of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension and balance freezing.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in bangsajp services complies with the laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions. The platform is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a user's use of the service in violation of local regulations.
Users must respect other users and customer service staff by refraining from intimidation, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior on the bangsajp platform and official communication channels.
4. Payments, Transactions & IDR
All transactions on the bangsajp platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits via approved local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), digital wallets (GoPay, Dana, OVO), and other methods available at the time of the transaction.
Users must ensure that funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. bangsajp reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds as part of its compliance and security verification process.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that is registered and verified in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the account's verification status. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on the account cashier page.
- Users are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their respective payment service providers.
- Confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled unless a proven technical error on the part of the platform is identified.
- bangsajp reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
5. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
bangsajp reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or improper use of the platform is detected. A suspension may be temporary pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users may voluntarily request account closure by contacting the customer support team. Before the account is closed, all outstanding financial obligations must be settled, including the withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with the applicable terms.
In cases of serious violations such as fraud or system abuse, bangsajp reserves the right to freeze all funds in the account for the duration of the investigation. If a violation is proven, those funds may be confiscated in accordance with the platform's applicable policies.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Rights
bangsajp provides its services on an as-is basis with no warranties of any kind regarding game outcomes or investment results. The platform is not liable for any financial losses suffered by users as a result of using the service, technical disruptions, or events beyond the platform's control such as network outages or force majeure.
All content, designs, trademarks, software, and digital assets on the bangsajp platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use such content without prior written permission.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform are provided solely for the convenience of users. bangsajp is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms of any third-party site independently.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
bangsajp reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational needs and evolving regulations. Significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and users agree to resolve any disputes relating to the use of bangsajp services through the dispute resolution mechanism determined by the platform.
